What is Landmark Houses?

Community names for standing houses include Pink House, Green House, Chinese House, and Blue House. Blue is described as the replacement for an older White House. A Poison House is tied to the factory side. Together with the barn and the factory, these are navigation structures. They are not automatically claimable plots.
